2. Ages 30 to 50 Years

   • Monthly Fee: $30
   • Coverage: Life insurance coverage until age 65.
   • Payout: $12,000 to your family if you pass away before or at age 65.

3. Ages 50 to 95 Years

   • Monthly Fee: $50
   • Coverage: Funeral expenses covered.
   • Payout:  10,000$ or just funeral expenses covered, terms and conditions apply.
