Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Age Limits:

   • Ages 18 to 30 Years: Insurance coverage until age 70.
   • Ages 30 to 50 Years: Insurance coverage until age 65.
   • Ages 50 to 95 Years: Funeral expenses covered under specific conditions.

2. No Claim Period:

   • No claims or payouts will be honored during the first 12 months of coverage.

3. Payment Requirements:

   • Premiums must be paid monthly without interruption to maintain eligibility for the full benefit.

4. Medical Examination:

   • A full medical examination is required at the start of coverage.
   • Any existing medical conditions must be declared at the start of coverage.

5. Beneficiary Terms:

   • Only one family member can be nominated as the beneficiary unless a will is provided upon claim.

6. Funeral Services for Ages 50 to 95:

   • Funeral expenses will be paid directly to a funeral service provider of our choice, with a standard service provided. Any additional services must be arranged and paid for by the claimants.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:

   • You may cancel your policy at any time, but there will be no refund for any payments made.

8. Fraudulent Claims:

   • All claims will be investigated. Fraudulent claims will result in no payout and may be subject to legal action.

9. Exclusions:

   • Pre-existing chronic illnesses are not covered.
